Thanks to Nicholas Kristof for a witty op-ed piece regarding Bush's own personal anus troll, Dick Cheney.

Not only is Mr. Kristof's analysis of the state of African affairs balanced and nuanced, it is also positive. Against the tide of negative coverage of Africa, he is standing almost completely alone.
